About

My name is Brigitte Bonaci. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology in 2015 and my Master’s in Global Strategic Communications in 2017, both from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida. During my time at FIT, I completed my first Registered Behavior Technician training in 2014 at the Scott Center for Autism Treatment. There, I led social skills groups and learned to interpret data for making evidence-based treatment decisions. In 2020, I became a Certified Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician and began working full-time in Behavior Analysis. My motivation to help people and the relationships I built with my clients and their families were incredibly rewarding.
My passion for Behavior Analysis was deeply influenced by my younger sister, who was born with severe cognitive disabilities. Growing up, I often accompanied my mom and sister to her behavioral and speech therapy sessions. This experience inspired me to continue my career in Behavior Analysis. I became a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst in June 2022. After completing my Board Certified Behavior Analyst Graduate Certificate in Spring 2023, I achieved BCBA certification in August 2023. Since then, I have increasingly valued the importance of adhering to the science of Behavior Analysis and teaching parents and individuals about operant conditioning principles, empowering them to continue using these techniques independently in the future.

Compassion, backed by Science

Your family’s welfare, health, and happiness are my top priorities. By leveraging the science of operant conditioning, I facilitate positive behavior change. With compassion at the core, my methods are designed to be minimally intrusive and least aversive for everyone involved. Access to behavioral health services is often hindered by various challenges, such as long wait times for diagnoses, fully booked providers, lack of insurance coverage, and limited availability in certain regions. My mission is to make these essential services as accessible as possible, extending a helping hand to families in need, wherever they may be.

My Vision

I envision a world where every child is seen, heard, and understood. I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where young minds can explore their feelings, overcome challenges, and build resilience. By fostering strong connections with families and communities, we can empower children to thrive emotionally and mentally. Together, we will cultivate hope, compassion, and healing, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.

Our Mission

Our mission is to partner with families to create a supportive and nurturing environment for their children’s emotional and mental well-being. I am dedicated to listening with compassion, understanding unique challenges, and providing tailored guidance that empowers both children and parents. Together, we will navigate the journey of healing and growth, fostering resilience and promoting a brighter future for every child and family.
